Yes, Emma® offers a 100-night risk-free trial on all mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied with your sleep experience, we will arrange a free pickup and a full refund.
How can I track the status of my home delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are Emma® products covered by a warranty?
